now what?

I installed wordpress last night and was messing around the dashboard.

well…. now i cant find it and my history was deleted today somehow.

i tried https://mydomain.com/blog/wordpress/wp-login.php

and i get error 404.

im new so this is so frustrating. what do i type in the address bar to get to my dashboard?
