Now it does nothing on Prod – works fine on Dev site.

Bizarro.
It worked at one point. Something has gone awry. None of the functionality lended by SPO works at all on my production site. I’ve tried Deleting and reinstalling too.The really odd thing is I cloned Dev from the production site.
