Now includes Postmark!

This is a great little plugin. As of v2.0.1, it now integrates with Postmark, and also allows for multiple connections. This is helpful for fallbacks if one uses different mail providers, but also for distinguishing between transactional and broadcast email streams, which Postmark allows for. This is a must have especially if one issuing Fluent CRM, as the integration is flawless as expected. Well done!
