Now cannot log in easily into our WP Admin area as Administrators

    Hi

    I’ve set up your plugin and got everything working quite nicely…

    domainname.com.au/login is the Members login

    BUT I now cannot log in easily into our WP Admin area as Administrators.

    When I try to login to the domainname.com.au/wp-admin ADMIN Dashboard that I log into as normal ADMIN it now redirects to the NEW PAGE domainname.com.au/login

    which is a major pain.

    HOW can I have ADMIN still logging in normally to the backend ..

    My ONLY solution I found was to initially log into the domainname.com.au/login
    THEN manually type in domainname.com.au/wp-admin once I’m logged in, I can get into ADMIN Backend …

    This is a major pain, NOT sure HOW to fix it..

    Please advise.

    Maybe I have missed a setting or something.

    Please advise urgently

    Client needs a solution for this issue quite urgently – How can the ADMIN log into the ADMIN area of WordPress, now that the plugin has changed the REDIRECT for ADMIN Screen for WordPress Administrators also .

    Is there a way I can allow the domainname.com.au/wp-admin to still function for ADMINISTRATORS for WORDPRESS WEBSITE to login normally please ?

    The Members area for login is perfectly fine no issues .. It’s just the ADMINISTRATOR area for WordPress we are having issues with ..

    Cannot get into our own site properly or easily as ADMIN.

    Hi Kristin,

    Thank you for your patience, I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing here.

    As a failsafe, we do not redirect the /wp-login.php page whatsoever in case that the frontend login page isn’t working correctly. Please can you use this URL instead when logging in until we sort this issue out.

    Regarding this not working for admins seems to be a specific issue with your site.

    Please can you provide me with your Site Health Information. To retrieve this information, please navigate to Tools > Site Health > Select the info option at the top of the screen > Copy Information to Clipboard and include this in your next reply.

    Sorry that my response was a bit unclear, you would need to use the URL: yourwebsite/wp-login.php and replace yourwebsite with your domain name.

    This path is never redirected by Paid Memberships Pro and is the failsafe.
