Hello, I am using PublishPress Planner to send notifications on new products published, but on product notify me option is not showing even I select the product for showing the notify me option.
Also, on the user page, “Editorial Notifications” option is not available.
Need help regarding this. I have to send notifications to that user who selects the notify me option, but to mute for a particular user I need “Editorial Notifications” on the user’s page.

Okay, it’s removed. No, I am not a pro member, I need basic functionalities, but somehow above is not working for me, however I have checked on different-different setups.
I also checked official documentation of planner in which it shows notification channel in user profile.

@shubham1129 The situation appears to be more complex and may require further troubleshooting.

Unfortunately, asking for login details is against the guidelines of this forum (?Forum Guidelines).

Considering the complexity of the issue, we recommend upgrading to the Pro version so we can address and troubleshoot it directly on your site.

If you prefer to keep using the free version, we will need the exact steps on replicating this on fresh WordPress installation.

@shubham1129 If you have tested it with fresh WordPress installation, do you mind informing us the exact steps to replicate it? Such as:

    1. Install fresh WordPress
    2. Install PublishPress Planner & Install PublishPres sCapabilities
    3. Create “Author” user role
    4. etc…

Those information will be helpful for us to replicate the issue in our environment.

Okay, below are the steps which I followed.
    1. Install fresh WordPress.
    2. Delete default plugins like Hello dolly and others.
    3. Install the planner plugin and add content on notification which should sent when a new post is published.
    4. Select ?“Users who selected “Notify me” for the content” user who to notify column in the notification.
    5. Check if the notification channel is available on the user profile or not..
The channel is not present on user profile on WP backend.
    6. Install the capability plugin and set edit post subscriptions and pp set notification channel, but the channel is not presents on edit user page.
