hello there, And this is an opportunity to say thank you for the plugin.

Many visitors complain that they are unable to log into their account. I, as an administrator, see that they have been blocked. Can they get an email about the block as well?
i have custom login page and they didnot see any message or notice about the blocked account.

    thank you!

Hi @memy770, thanks for reaching out.

In terms of custom login pages, our 2FA/reCAPTCHA is likely to not be compatible but if you’re running neither of those, am I assuming correctly that the block is coming via AJAX (so possibly visible in the “network” tab of the browser) but customers aren’t seeing any kind of failure notification or Wordfence-branded block page immediately from your custom page?

Just to clarify, when they refresh that page, or attempt to visit another page on your site after the blocked attempt are they then presented with the Wordfence blocking page until the block time in your settings has passed?

    Thanks,
    Peter.
