• I’m utilizing the ‘Notify Members’ (0.2.2) plugin with my WP (2.5.1) installation. The plugin does exactly what it is supposed to except for one major bug.

Under DASHBOARD > SETTINGS > MEMBER NOTIFICATION the ‘Notify users when a post is edited’ box is UNCHECKED. However, users are still notified of a new post whenever an existing post is edited. This results in members (who have elected to receive a notification of posts) receiving notification of a NEW post even when fixing a typo in an EXISTING post.

The plugin author has acknowledged the bug. Many have had this problem. Anyone fix this issue on their own?
