Notify emails

Hi from Germany,

first of all: Kudos for your work, it does the job as expected. However, I’d like to ask for another feature. It would be great, if we could get a setting for an email address that gets a notification email, when a new post was submitted, ideal would be with a direct link to edit / change status of this post. And it would make sense imho, that a user that submitted a post getting the status ‘pending’ as well gets an email, when the status changes to ‘published’.
