Notify all WP users of new file available

Hi, a pre-sale/pre-use question.

Every time I add a new file via WP Download Manager, I would like an email notification to be sent out automatically to all the users registered on the site.

I’ve taken a look on the official plugin website, but couldn’t find an answer.

I don’t mind if it’s a simple email that just says ‘new file available on website’ but would be fab it the email did a little more like provide the name of the new file or even a link to it etc.
