NotificationX Plugin shuts down website

    Once the plugin is installed and activated, the whole website went down. I tried the same with another website and installed NotificationX again. The website shut down. We had to delete the plugin from CPanel before the sites were restored.

    Please fix.

    The error message received on loading website
    Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to nx_register_extension() must be an instance of string, string given, called in /home/dividico/public_html/wp-content/plugins/notificationx/includes/class-nx.php on line 185 and defined in /home/dividico/public_html/wp-content/plugins/notificationx/includes/class-nx-extension-factory.php on line 110
