I have tried everything trying to configure the email notifications but nothing seems to be working. I’ve seen other people with the same problem as well. When people fill out the form nothing is being sent to the administrator email or the customer email. I keep getting error messages whenever I fill out the form. saying “booking does not send to user” or “booking does not send to administrator”.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi dear user.

Try to enable/disable the “Use PHPMailer” option. Check the “Email From:” and type there only your email address instead of “[useremail]”.

    Thanks.

Hello I have tried everything you mentioned and it is still not working. I’ve enabled/disabled PHP mailer and it still wont work. I have also tried using my email instead of [usermail]. I’m not sure what else could be the problem.

    Hi dear user.

Such errors mostly come from the mail servers. So can you contact your hosting provider and tell them about this issue?

    Thanks.

I do not think its an issue with my email provider considering we have never had problems with them before. Maybe there is a setting I’m missing on your all’s end? I would like to resolve this issue. We are also not using any mail plug-ins I’m not sure if that makes a difference.

    Hi dear user.

From our side, everything works fine and we tested it on different websites and different hostings.

Can you send us the screenshots of the Notifications page?

    We will check it again.

    Thanks.

The suggestions you listed in the email did not help. I’m going to send more screenshots to your support email. Hopefully to provide more information.

    Hi dear user.

Okay, we will check it as well.

I have sent multiple emails back and forth with your support team, sent screenshots, and we haven’t been able to solve the issue. You said it was on my email providers end that was the problem. But I have used multiple different email providers at this point and the problem still persists.

    Hi dear @melmore62sales.

Did you tell your hosting provider about this issue?

The standard SMTP plugins don’t work as well, so we think it is an email server issue.

    Thanks.

What exactly should I ask them? and I have tried using multiple providers. Outlook & Gmail and neither of them are working. I’m not sure what to do.

    Thanks.

    Hi dear user.

Tell them that you have a mail server issue and the standard SMTP plugins don’t work on your website. Also, you can send them this topic URL as well. They should check and fix such types of mail server issues.

Other users had such issues as well and after they contact the hosting provider, they fix it.

    Thanks.
