Hi, my wordpress forms opt in notifications stopped working about 4 days ago. Nothing was touched and when going through documentation, we are following all troubleshooting tips, but it is still not working.

    Hi littlefellam,

If you’ve checked that your notification settings are correct according to our tutorial, your site might be having email delivery issues.

Email delivery issues are usually due to strict email filter settings and/or server issues. To fix this, you’ll need to install a SMTP plugin to configure your site to send notifications authenticated. We have more details on this and recommended SMTP options.

    I hope this helps ??

I had the same problem. My hosting updating my PHP up to 7.3 and notifications stopped working. After that, I downgrade to PHP 7.2, and now everything works fine.

    Hi ivan_ivanov,

You can follow the above steps to check that your notification settings are correct according to our tutorial.

If the settings are correct (and you’re not receiving mail), you’ll need to install a SMTP plugin to configure your site to send notifications authenticated. Please see our guide for more details on this and the recommended SMTP options.

    I hope this helps ??

    Hi,

I have followed all of the instructions from both of you including trying to use an SMTP plugin and using a different php, and I still cannot get the notification to send.

    Any other ideas?
