Notifications stopped working!

  • When I installed this plugin, my Gravity Forms notification emails stopped working. When I disabled the plugin, the emails worked again.

    I am using the latest version of WordPress V 4.5.3
    Avada theme V 4.0.2
    Infusionsoft Gravity Forms Add-on V 1.5.12

    Any ideas on how both can work together?
