• Has anyone experienced any issues with GoDaddy/Wildwest hosting where emails sent to non-GoDaddy/Wildwest hosted accounts don’t arrive?

Example: I have a mailing list with 5 addresses on it. Two go to addresses on GoDaddy/Wildwest hosting, then one each go to addresses on Outlook.com, Gmail.com, and Yahoo.com. The Outlook.com, Gmail.com and Yahoo.com accounts do not receive the mail.

Spam/junk folders have been checked. No sign of notifications.
It did work at one point. But no changes/updates were made to WordPress or Easy Contact Forms prior to the problem starting.

Thank you for any thoughts on this problem!

  • contact your hosting provider, they block email outs at times, they fix this in a little time usually

Thank you Prolance. I have been in touch with the host a couple of times. They claim they are not blocking any outgoing emails and we spent some time troubleshooting but found no glaring issues.

Of course, the host won’t dig to deep when it’s a plugin. When an obvious issue isn’t forthcoming the hosts like to point to the plugin and plugin authors tend to point to the host.

    So I’m still searching…
