Notifications not being sent

    The plug-in is not working and I’ve checked it several times by disabling all the other plugins. When I disable this plugin the mail notification does work. Also I have it installed on another site with an earlier version of WP and it does work there, which leads me to think that the plugin isn’t working on 3.8.1. Could this be the case?

    Hi all. I just committed version 3.2 of the Plugin, which should address this issue.

    As an added bonus, I added a couple transients to store the email address arrays, so that the list doesn’t have to be rebuilt every time a post is published or a comment is posted. Hopefully that will add a slight performance improvement.
