notifications no longer happening

    Hi there, just this past week the notifications for my statuses have halted all together and I hadn’t changed any of settings at all on either this plugin or my theme. I went into my spam folders and there’s no sign of the emails either. It’s so odd because it was working perfectly before.

    Can someone help me discover why the notifications may have stopped?

    AND now when I add a new post there’s no check marks in the boxes for my usual notification groups (that used to default to the editors). I can’t seem to find out why they stopped auto populating, or where to adjust those settings either.

  • Not sure what’s up with the email, but for auto-subscribing users you can always take a look at adding the following to your functions.php. Not sure why it might have stopped (maybe someone edited the functions file?).

    The email could be any number of issues. You might want to check the settings under the EditFlow->Notifications menu to see if the correct “Post types for notifications” are selected. If they are, it could be an issue with another plugin you might have installed or possibly your hosting provider. Might want to double check both.
