Notifications is dont showing/dont work after reinstall!

Sorry to hear about the issue you faced. Could you share what type of notice you tried, and what are the sources for your notice?

already tried all types of notices, comments,reviews, woocommerce order notices.
already tried post new review and order, but still dont showing!

I am a bit confused, our free version allows only one type of notice, and which plugins review you tried? What is the plugin that you made? Could you share the URL and link of the plugin you are trying to pull reviews? You could send more info via our support page as well.

Our plugin works for only WooCommerce Order, that download or review is for WordPress Plugin Authors, just like NotificationX, to show how many download or review his plugin has got. it seems you are missing vew very basic things for setup, we have a very straight forward setup guide, and support is there to help, as we all are going through Corona crisis and working remotely, with current support pressure, a response might take logically long, but we even help free user via email support as well.

I’ll try to be more clear:

for the first time, it worked perfectly, I had problems with the translation and it was corrected thanks to you, however when testing other news plugins, I decided to use NOTIFICATIONX again.

after reinstalling, and creating new notifications, they just don’t show up, they don’t count on your dashboard!

I already cleared all notificationx data in my database.

already excludes all other notifications plugins.

I already deactivated the website cache and cdn and still your plugin still doesn’t work!

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. I would love to see what you configured in ‘Display” and also in ‘Customize’. You could share screenshot the same way you shared above, or send via support.

I FOUND THE SOLUTION: After create notification, only new orders appears after that! BUT HOW I SHOW OLDERS ORDERS ? (in the setting of notification i set to show the last 20 days! why this is dont working???)

@ovitormmatos , that should not be the case, cleaning the cache, or resetting should help, if not if we have a bug, I still would love to understand more about your unique base, and get more info, so I could recreate, and the developer could make a fix.
