    Hi there, I wonder why notifications in the dashboard, when new tickets have been submitted, have stopped displaying?

    Is it possible to view tickets in the WP app?

    Sorry, I do not clearly understand the issue. Do you mean the ticket list is not showing on your site or email notifications are not working?

    No, it is not possible to view tickets in WP app.

    Shouldn’t there be a notification in the Dashboard, when there are new open tickets?

    Hello,

    It shows the number of unresolved ticket count. Please go to Support > Ticket List > More Settings > Agent View and make sure you have selected statuses under “Unresolved Statuses” setting.

    Notifications are working now, thanks!

    It’s a pity that it is not possible to view and answer tickets in the WP app, because that’s exactly where you need it the most, when you are on the go.
