Notifications disappeared in homepage

    Notifications disappeared on home and product pages, but still visible in checkout.

    I then installed NotificationX and somehow notifications from both NotificationX and this plug-in shows. Then I uninstalled NotificationX and both are gone (but the ones from this plug-in still appears in checkout)

    Please help.
