Notifications & Better Notifications

  • Hi There,

    We’re using this plugin as a sort of forum. The client asked for email notifications for posts so we used betternotifications (https://betternotificationsforwp.com) to do this.

    It picks up the DWQ&A post type just fine and, when you post a question on the back end, it works perfectly. Unfortunately, when a user posts something on the front end it doesn’t seem to pick up the post to fire off the notifications.

    I was wondering whether you would know why this is or whether it’s fixable. Failing that, is there any way we could possibly send the DWQ&A notifications to all users, not just admins?

    Hi,
    At the moment, the plugin does not support to send the notification to all the user that you mentioned here. Also, I think the third party can work but not complete compatible. In this case, I sent and notified to our technical team about this issue, we will check and discuss about it.
