Could you please provide more information. On which page exactly you see this notification? Do you have JS error in Dashboard? Because the notification disabling / removing (x) button works with JS/AJAX so maybe your Dashboard has JS errors and it affects the disabling process.

Also leave some text of that notification. We need to see if this is a new addon note or an tip note.

I am experiencing this as well. I click the X to close the notice and it keeps popping up on every page load. Super annoying and spammy. Please remove your constant upsell notices. This plugin is great and I have bought premium features in the past but some sites simply don’t need them and the notices are becoming a problem.

We found the problem. We’ve disabled JS files on non-wpDiscuz admin pages and have forgotten that the notification dismiss-er is working based on this JS files. So this is way when you dismiss the notification it comes back, it doesn’t work, this is the reason. We’ve already fixed this issue and are preparing new version for update, please wait for the next version releases, it comes very soon.
