    Hello,

    i am using better notification with wp customer area plugin. I created a new notification for a new private file published. Everything works however I would like that when I public a new file the email is only sent to the user who uses that file and not all the users

    When you say “the user who uses that file and not all the users” – is there a feature of WP Customer Area that allows you to define the user or are you just looking to let the author of the privately published file know when it becomes public?

    In wp customer area I can assign each file to a specific user. In fact, I would only send a notification to the selected user. Instead with better notification plugin the notification is sent to all registered users

    Thanks for clarifying.

    Unfortunately, there isn’t specific support for the WP Customer Area plugin in BNFW at this time. If there is enough user demand for it, then I can investigate supporting it via way of an add-on for BNFW.
