Notification when user start the chat

I am not sure whether it is for my case.
I have set up the notification following to the instructions and input my email address in order to get notified once any one enquiry.
We test a few time today. The notification email does not work. I have not received any message/emails saying we had a enquiry online.
Is there one got the same issue like me?
