Notification to User on Delete

Hi,
Similar to this post, I am looking for a hook to send email to a user when an account is deleted. Use cases may include when a user violates the terms of service, account is dormant, etc. There is a hook in WordPress the BNFW ought to be able to use:

Also note this is different from when a user requests data deletion for privacy – which is already supported by BNFW.
