Notification Text Box Showing up in WP Dashboard

Hi, I am using your 0.2.2 version of the plugin in WP 3.4.2. Everytime I type “E” (Shift E) in the dashboard, specifically in Widgets settings, and in your Settings box for error notification (have not tried other places yet) I get the error notification box showing up onscreen. I cannot complete a word with “E” in it without the box showing up.

Also, in your Error Notifications Settings page I cannot enter anything in the Notification bar settings boxes – the drop down does not work and I cannot enter text. Same under “Email settings”.
