Just a short time after enabling your plugin, emails with the following content started ariving in my inbox.

Spnl_log (private to published); identifier: 1528; name: API Action cronThe website this is happening on is using the official SparkPost plugin with SendPress Pro, for website email, newsletter and post notification delivery and I’m pretty sure SPMAILT.COM is a sending domain for SparkPost.
The IP Address belongs to Amazon, but that really isn’t surprising as SparkPost could be using Amazon Services.
None of this website’s posts have been updated.
There hasn’t been a new post in the last couple days.
There hasn’t been a new subscriber for over 24 hours.
These emails are coming 1 every 1/2 hour.

Spnl_log (private to published); identifier: 1528; name: API Action cronit looks like one of your plugins is running a cron job. You’d need to validate this behavior with the plugin author. The Sucuri plugin is only reporting the behavior, it can’t say if it’s legitimate or not.
You can adjust the alerts types and frequency in Sucuri Security -> Settings -> Alerts
