Notification of Unregistration

    hey,

    sorry for bugging you again. funny thing, it seems the plugin sends out “unregistration notifications” which is cool, but i can not find any configuration options in the backend. is this a “static” thing or am i overseeing something?

    Hey Chris,

    You are right that there aren’t any configuration options for this currently. It’s meant to be a simple “heads up” that someone is no longer coming and who they were. What were you hoping for?

    nothing special, maybe a configureable subject, but this is no at must have. i only asked cause i was somewhat blindsided by not finding some config options for this.

    Ahh yes there probably should be. I added a note to do so in the future!

    I’ll close this thread for now but let me know if you end up with more questions about this.

    another thing, seems the unregistration mail uses the event slug instead of the event title, which is kind of uncomfortable.

    example:

    Ein Registrant ([email protected]) hat die Registrierung für dieses Ereignis https://www.some.domain/event/test-event/ aufgehoben.

    Ahh yes we have a different notice entirely for our paid version which I’ll make sure is added to the free version in the next update. You are right that this can be improved!
