    Try switching to the default theme.

    I did not understand, and how to switch back to the default? I have a standard default form:
    Your Name (required)
    [Text * your-name]

    Your e-mail (necessarily)
    [Email * your-email]

    Theme
    [Text your-subject]

    Post
    [Textarea your-message]

    <P> [submit “Send”] </ p>
