Notification of new post has stopped going to subscribers (jet pack)

    Hello
    About a month ago the email to subscribers telling them of a new post stopped going out.
    I’ve updated wordpress and jet pack and checked the From email address and it’s still not working.

    Would love to sort this ASAP
