    Hello community,

    I have a problem with the operation of ultimate member. After registering a new user, the administrator does not receive a notification. However the option is activated in the settings under E-mail.

    Hi @onesat,

    Do you receive other emails from WordPress or Ultimate member?
    What version of the Ultimate member plugin you have installed on your site?
    Can you please go to the Ultimate member -> Settings -> Emails and try to resave your new user notification template. Please use a child theme and make sure that Ultimate member can save your email templates to your child’s theme folder.

    I did not update because of some settings of my theme!

    But it’s set, I made the update and it works well now!
