    Hello,
    I have follow the documentation but notifications do not appear in the sent emails log.
    Notification test works. I’m using twenty sixteen theme.
    I did deactivated Better WP Emails and WP-Mail-SMTP plugins but still not working.
    I’ve tested New User Registration – For Admin, Lost Password – For User,New User Registration – For User.
    Any suggestion please ?

    Can you please go through this document and check each step of the way? It sounds like a plugin conflict or an email sending issue to me.

    Hello,
    I’ve followed the documentation and installed Postman. I didn’t find plugin conflict.
    Some notifications work well like lost password for user or notifications sent to cc email (for example Lost Password – For Admin).
    But notifications to admin (Lost Password – For Admin, New User Registration – For Admin) or the New User Registration – For User one don’t work.

    So as asked in the documentation:

    Tell me if you’re using WordPress in single-site (default) or multisite mode.

    Single-site.

    Tell me what notification(s) you’re having issues with.

    As mentioned above.

    Tell me what you’re doing to trigger the notification.

    Register new user trough the register page, click on Lost password ? on connexion page and change password.

    So you’ve said you’ve set-up Postman SMTP but are you doing this through a different email account or one hosted through o2switch?

    Using an admin email address hosted through o2switch, for example [email protected]

    Then redirect [email protected] to an gmail account.
    I’ve checked the mail box of [email protected] and no admin notifications received.

    Hi airsid,
    Can you try going straight to the Gmail account instead using Postman SMTP? I wonder if it’s something to do with your o2switch account.

    Ok but I need user to see that notification are from [email protected] and from a gmail account.
    Which settings can I change to use gmail account but user keep seeing [email protected] in their mailbox ?

    I’m getting nuts !
    I’ve configure gmail account but admin notification stil not been sent !
    Must have miss something…:(
