Notification issues: Your Bid has been placed successfully and Winning!

We have read your post and for better clarity we are mentioning what we have understood:

1. Your bid notification email is taking half an hour to appear in target mailbox. Correct? If that is so, then let us clarify that our plugin triggers a “wp mailer” function to send a bid notification email and if that email is taking long to appear then it must be due to the hosting server email service which would send this email notification. It might be the case that your website hosting server is too basic and due to large amount of traffic on your website, number of products and number of processes, it is taking time to process these emails and send them.

The processing and the sending of the email has nothing to do with our plugin but is dependent on how best is your hosting server. Hope we have clarified this point.

2. Bid value takes 1 second to change. Correct?
Let me clarify this point. When someone enters a bid and click “Place Bid” or “Make Offer” in your case, then the web page is refreshed and reloaded again with updated bid value and if this reload is taking time then again it is dependent on the website hosting server. If your server is slow then it will take time.

We recommend that if you have good amount of traffic and many auction products and have shared hosting then you should opt for better hosting server such as VPS or dedicated server.

Muchas gracias por la respuesta,se ve que que al traducir ( porque habló espa?ol) cambió algunas interpretaciones y no quedó claro las consultas, le pido disculpas.
No son las notificaciones de correo. Una es la notificación que le avisa al mejor postor que va ganando (afuera de la foto) . La otra es cuando se hace una puja, y dice: su puja se realizó con éxito! Estás demoran en aparecer y confunden al postor.La otra que no aparece enseguida, es cuando termina y le avisa al mejor postor: Felicitaciones ha ganado la subasta! Las notificaciones por correo funcionan perfectamente.

What @chelitoleo is saying is that the problem is NOT the email notification, but the “YOU ARE WINNING” messages that appear in the product details page after you place a bid and also the “your bid has been placed successfully” message that appear on top of the page after you place a bid. He says the refresh takes too long and it confuses bidders. I am experiencing the same thing.
