Hi,
In case you are unable to receive notifications for Contact Form please follow steps below.
1. Set an email address in send to field which is not admin email and also not the same as domain name.
2. In case empty email is sent, Use [smfield print=”all”] This tag is used to print all form data. In reply-to field it can be [smfield print=”email”].
3. If you want to use same email address as your website domain or admin email use one of following plugins to change your WordPress from email address to prevent the conflict.

Note : These requirements are only applied so all your emails are properly sent to your mailbox. Many contact form plugins do not care about it and alot of important user emails are blocked by mailbox spam filters.
