    Hello,

    After activating the Forminator plugin and setting up the SMTP in WordPress to ensure successful email delivery, I encountered an issue. The problem is that it fails to send notifications to the admin whenever a submission includes an uploaded (attached) document.

    Please advise.

    Hi @enghabhab,

    Possible to know what is the rough size of these attachments uploaded? Do you notice the issue with uploading any specific file types or is the issue is same with any files that were uploaded?

    Possible to also share the form export so that we could have a better idea?

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your quick reply. I’ve tried various attachment sizes (100KB to 4MB) and formats (JPEG, PNG, PDF), but none worked. If the form has no attachment, notifications are sent normally. However, when there’s an attachment, no notification email is received by the admin.
