notification is not going when order place

    That’s a server problem.

    Check your PHP mail() function and contact with your server support.

    It has happened to me as well. It works for user when order COMPLETE, but not when order placed or processing.

    Using plugin 2.7.0.1
    Wordpress 4.2

    SMS is NOT going out when order placed, order processing. It IS WORKING when order COMPLETE and also when order placed, a copy is being sent to site admin (when selected).

    Kindly comment on how to resolve this.

    Forgot to mention that we are using mVaayoo as SMS gateway in India.

    I upgraded plugin to latest 2.7.8.3 and the very same pattern is observed.

    Tested with WordPress 4.5, WooCommerce 2.5.5 and WooCommerce – APG SMS Notifications 2.7.8.3.

    • New order notify: works.
    • Client new order notify: works.
    • Processing order notify: works.
    • Completed order notify: works.
