Notification icon missing

  • Hi there, I have an issue with your plugin.

    Few minutes ago after installing the plugin, I see no green notification on chat baloon, user side.

    I can only see red notification, trough the code too.

    Hi @mkbarraco,
    Our chat balloon displays only a red notification when one of the following is happening

    1. When chat is minimized and an unread message received
    2. When chat is offline which means either no agent is available or when current time is out of operating hours as configured on live chat settings

    I will explain better: when I installed plugin, I can see green notification well. After few minutes, it disappeared. I refresh the page, purge the cache, try to visit the website on private page.

    Yep, I share with you a screenshot (LINK). As you can see: there is no green notification to the top right of chat baloon.

    In this moment, there is an agent online. I don’t open the chat, only visited the website.

    Thank you for your feedback.
    It works as expected when chat is online there is no indication in the bubble. It is designed to be like that.

    I understand but.. when plugin shows me green notification then? I see it during first test
