Notification 'from' email with the Sender name

Hi, codepeople.

I’m using Pro version and attempting to set the Notification ‘from’ email field value as follows:
“Booking system” <[email protected]>
But in an incoming notification ‘From’ field looks like:
Booking system <[email protected]” <“Booking.system” <[email protected]>”>

How can I specify the ‘Sender name’ together with email address?
I’ve already tried any possible typing – with or without quotation marks, and nothing works properly.
