    I had a customer call as the Back in Stock Notifier form isn’t working. When I tried to use it, it wouldn’t work for me either. I can add my name and email address, as well as agree to the terms and privacy policy, but when I click on the SEND button, nothing happens.

    I’ve tried with several different out of stock products but have had no success.

    The last time someone subscribed to an out-of-stock product was on 17 Feb 2023, so it was working up until 4 days ago. There have been no updates since then, and nothing else on the website has changed.

    I’m using WooCommerce 3.5.2, WordPress 6.1.1, Jetpack 11.8.4 and using the Botiga theme.

    Good Day!!

    We’re here to assist you.

    We suggest you ensure that the site key and secret key are entered correctly, or try it out by generating new CAPTCHA site keys.

    (Go to the Admin Dashboard->Instock Notifier->Settings->Google reCAPTCHA Settings->Enable Google reCAPTCHA and select Version > V2/V3; enter the site key and secret key with respect to the selected versions (both fields are required for proper operation).

    I’ve checked the reCAPTCHA settings and the site key and secret key are both entered and correct. The same reCAPTCHA settings are on my other online forms and they are working. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks.

    Hello @ajgar28584 @abhishektripathi ,

    We suggest you deactivate all other plugins (temporarily) except “WooCommerce” and “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce” to see if it works properly. Sometimes this issue may arise due to a conflict between different plugins.
