Notification of specific visitors?

Is there a plugin out there that can send an email to the admin when visitors from a specific location (or geographic area) visit your site?

Lemme explain, one of my wordpress sites is only for my resume and is blocked from search engines. The only people who are on that site should only be people I gave the link to… unless, of course, someone stumbled upon it. I’d love to receive an email when any of the visitor tracker plugins picks up someone from my home state.

I realize I can just log in and look but most of the time all I have listed are some wanna-be hackers from China, Russia or India….

It’d be great if anyone from New York visited my page that I got an email notifying me of it… since they could likely be a potential employer.
