Notification Emails Not Working Correctly

I am trying to complete a site for a client, but the notification emails for Seamless Donations are still not working correctly. The “Test email” for the Thank You email works. The admin notification email works, but is not getting the data from the donation ID, and is blank. The Thank You email notification is not being sent to the user at all.
The Admin notification goes to the Spam folder in Gmail, but the Thank you email shows up nowhere. I have been looking at the PayPal settings, as well as looking at the plugin code that handles the IPN along with the notification emails (also have seen nothing in the Support tab that helps). I don’t know what could be causing this. I really need to get this sorted out, because this is the only thing that is holding up the website launch.
Has anyone has had, and solved this problem, or seen any information that might help? Any help would be much appreciated.
