Notification emails like {1077.Firstname}

Hello,

I installed easy contact form in my website https://crazytravel.ro and when I fill in
the easy contact form under ask for an offer tab the notifications emails come in this
format:
{1077.Firstname}

{1079.Lastname}

{1082.yourrequest}
My question is why these variables don’t show their actual value, the values
inserted by the user who filled in the form??
