    Hi!

    I downloaded Kikote Location Picker Version 1.10.3, almost month ago and it was working fine. All of a sudden no notification emails were received into my inbox either for new order placing or messages sent via contact form. When I get back to site developer, he advised me the location picker is the cause and when he deactivated the plugin the issue disappeared and notification emails have started reaching my inbox. No error log found.

    Appreciate your advice as location picker is so important for effective delivery experience.

    Hi there, can you ask the developer how he found out that Kikote was what was preventing the emails?

    Please try the following, each time testing to see if your emails work afterward:

    #1 – Update the plugin to the latest version; v1.10.4 and test if the issue still exists.

    #2 – If the issue still exists, try turning off the feature in General Settings of Kikote that adds the location details to the customer/admin emails. After disabling that feature, test again to see if the emails aren’t working.
