    Hi there!

    We had an issue yesterday where a form was submitted but the notification email was not sent to our in-house team but it was sent to the customer. Is there a way to re-send the notification email to our in-house staff without re-submitting the form?

    We have the Platinum version of your plugin.

    Hello @happycontractor

    If the email has reached your user’s account, the notification email to the email address entered through the form’s settings was sent too, please, check the spam folder. Furthermore, you can check the information collected by the form, clicking on the “Messages” button corresponding to the form, from the settings page of the plugin.

    Thanks for the quick response!

    We were unable to find the email notification any of the folders, including the spam folder. However, I do see it in the Messages section. Is there no way to have it re-sent without submitting the form again?

    No, I’m sorry, with the current version of the plugin the emails are sent only when the forms are submitted.
