  • Bookly Lite version doesn’t allow you to send email notifications out.

You have to buy the full version from them to unlock that feature.

Hello we are not receiving email notifications when an appointment is being booked. We have the full version. Please help!

What is the link were your booking is located?

    [eyesonly logged=”in” hide=”yes”]
    [sf_modal header=”Register” btn_colour=”accent” btn_type=”standard”icon=’ss-video’btn_size=”small” btn_text=”Login or Register to Continue”][userpro template=register type=new][/sf_modal]

    [/eyesonly]

    [eyesonly logged=”out” hide=”yes”][ap-booking] [/eyesonly]

So you can’t change the ‘Senders Email’ address under notifications section, correct?

Basically it’s stuck on your email (the designer I assume) and you want it to be on your clients email address.

yes but I am not even getting any emails, and yes we want the clients to also get an email.
In the calendar you can click the appointment and choose to send an email to the client and that is not even working.

I have brought this up to the DEV on their other support page. I did link them back to here so they should respond soon.

    Hi,

As jmeyer2485 said the Lite version does not send any email notifications. This feature is available in the Full version only.

If you’re using the full version and still have issues with the emails then please make sure that the emails are sent successfully from your server by WordPress (Bookly uses standard WordPress function for sending emails). You can check this by creating a new WordPress user. The new user should receive an email notification.

The second step is to change the sender email in Bookly Notifications settings to one hosted at your domain. Let’s say your website address is https://www.example.com then try an email like [email protected] because some servers do not send emails with foreign domains in the sender email value.

If nothing helped then please contact our support team at [email protected].

    Thanks

Also, does even the Lite version not allow a person to change the senders email address? Even know we can’t send emails we should be able to change the senders email address right?
