Notification Dashboard

Hi

Have been using the notification dashboard to approve/decline new signups as well as manage new products posts however all notifications are not showing in this section any longer. Still showing the notification alert number (602) under the bell icon and have lots waiting to approve?

Another strange thing happened where this section shows as a mobile site when browsing on my desktop using windows 10. all other parts of my website and other websites are fine just your plugin is doing this.
