Notification bell not working in menu

Hi,

I use wpdiscuz with the notification bell addon. In my native menu, it works well. I click it and it expands with a dropdown to display all the notifications (likes/comment replies). But with your plugin it does not work. When I click it, it just redirects me to the homepage. Looking at the link in mobile view it looks like this https://www.example.com/#!

Please advise. Many thanks.
