White bar flashes underneath header when scrolling up

  • I really hope somebody can help me with this.

    Problem:
    I installed this plugin to add a notification bar/banner at the top of my screen. That bar is set to “fixed” and so is my theme’s header. Just before I reach the top page, a white bar flashes under the header. I am trying to prevent this white flash effect but seriously don’t know how. Can someone please help me resolve this?
