Notification bar not showing

  • Hi,
    I am trying to figure out why the notification bar is hidden under the navigation bar. (You can see a little bit of it peeking underneath when you adjust the browser size). The WordPress theme I am using was customized and built by someone else so I am not familiar with it. Can anyone help please? ??
