    I’d like to set it up so that it notifies the Vendor when payment is received i.e. when the Order Status is “New”.

    Is this easily changeable within the plugin?

    Second question, what happens if the vendor hasn’t updated their contact number?

    Hi @rentsmart20

    From your statement, I believe you are using Texty with the Dokan plugin as you are referring to vendors.

    About your first query, the order status that are available by default are, on hold, processing, pending payment, completed, canceled, refunded, and failed. Right now Texty only sends SMS notifications for order status processing and completed. If you want to change it then this will require proper customization.

    About your second query, if the vendor already has a contact number previously then the SMS notification will be sent to that number as long as the vendor does not update it. If they do not set a contact number then no SMS will be sent to them.
