    If I have an appointment with a notification that will happen in future after the appointment (let’s say 5 days after appointment), then I delete the appointment after 3 days, will the notification send on the 5th day? Even though it is deleted?

    Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.

    Scheduled messages are sent only if there’s an existing appointment the message is related to and if the appointment is in the?Approved?status. So, in short – if the appointment is canceled the cron won’t trigger an email, and if the appointment is deleted, a 2-week after the appointment follow-up email won’t be sent.
